My Annual Online Studio SALE is here again! To make space for new things in 2025 I have had New Year studio tidy, which has uncovered many makings. This year you will be able to find my block printed work from past collections along with studio samples and seconds.

Louisa Loakes

Louisa was formally trained as a painter at Wimbledon school of Art, through her painting she pursues harmony of line, form and composition; all elements that influenced her current range of fabric designs. Taking inspiration from the traditional craft of block printing, one of the oldest methods of printing. Louisa uses simple geometric form and shape, embracing the nuances and subtle variation the process of block printing offers. Her patterns are finished with flecks of colour painted by hand.
